Instructors
To learn the procedures and thought processes followed by chemical engineers in the design of heat exchange and separation equipment, with emphasis on stagewise separations.
Letter grades for the course will be assigned according to the following scale:
A: 90-100 B: 80-89 C: 70-79 D: 60-69 F: 0-59
Students are expected to work each homework assignment without assistance, to attend lectures and recitations regularly and punctually, to ask questions, to answer questions on the study assignment for each class, and to work problems in recitation.
To get credit for a homework assignment it must be worked neatly with all
the answers to the questions highlighted by drawing a box around them, they
must be turned in on time, and all of the numbers used must be properly documented.
Student Conduct:
Students are expected to be familiar with and abide by the Code of Student Conduct. Violations will be dealt with in accordance with University regulations.
